How I spent my Sunday...

started out by taking my friend out to shoot some birds,but really just to get out of the house....Here are the quads loaded up,ya'll ready?

Made it a few miles up the trail and this was our view of the Alaska Range..

It was slow going as we had a tight trail to stick to or we'd bottom out in drift snow,but 15 miles later after a few hit and misses,Matt went down hill from me to peek over the shelf for birds,hahaahaha I just missed the shot,but here he is wore out.Notice the snow up to his hip's? Yeah as you walk on the snow drift you'd sink sometimes,well he dissapeared lol! Was fun to watch him wallow around till he got out.

Right after that he jumped a bird and it turned out to be his first sharptailed grouse here in alaska.

These sharptails sure are pretty birds.

And he's going to mount this bird himself.Well thats how I spent my sunday,hope ya'll had fun on this thirty mile round trip.
