Recently while overseas, Secretary of State Colin Powell was approached by an Iraqi newspaper reporter and accusingly asked, "Isn't it true that only 13 percent of Americans between the ages of 18 and 25 can even locate Iraq on a map? What does it tell you about this unjust war?"
