LH-  There were actually lots of pics like the 1st one during the "March Up", the initial invasion.  The soldier pictured is from the 3d ID and is still wearing his Chem suit.  Today, there is more activity like this than what you seen in the media.  Given a choice of a pic like this or the devastation post-carbomb, the media will choose the bomb every time.  Remember the media mantra, "If it bleeds, it leads." It is why you cant settle and allow your information to come from one source, you need to search to get the full picture with checks and balances.  That's why you had to go find these pics.

As for the 2d pic, you'll probably never see it because it is an Israeli soldier and that doesn't fit the mold the media wants to portray of Israel.
