Ouch !!!!!!! That is sure steep enough on the price. Sure glad my 1200C came with two mags. Being a 25-06 it uses to long ones marked 270/30-06.

That's what I think about all detachable mags way to much money with the exception of mil surps. Unfortunately our gun laws made detachable mags far more useful than floor plates now. I remember wanting a rifle with a floor plates really bad when I was young

Both versions have merit. As long as the rifle feeds and ejects properly, I really don't care.

I still don't like the prices charged for removable magazines though. The only reason the military types are cheap is because of competition.
