Hi any one have any good recipes for rabbits?

i normally just gut them+skin them, then roast them in the oven with bacon and butter, but im looking for a change, also can you advise whether to hang them first and for how long (ive had a couple of mishaps by hanging things - rabbits and wood pigeon as stiff as cardboard, etc!!)
Dont worry, I have a cunning plan...

As I said in your other post, I don't hang small game.  No need for it IMO.

If you DO want to hang it, be sure that it's cleaned out and skinned before you hang it (pretty much ready to cook and eat), and then hang it in a place that's cool enough so that the meat will not spoil (somewhere around 34-37 degrees should do fine).

Wellllll... my aunt had a recipe but I'm not sure exactly what was in it.  The rabbit never seemed to 'get done'.:D
