trouble registering

I have a very good friend that is having a `slow` time getting registered and being able to post on THL.  Is there an approval period in which he has to wait out to be approved?    His user name is `crackalope`.   Any help in  speeding up the approval process is appreciated.

I'm afraid not JaDub. It took the last few new members more than 6 weeks to get "approved". Neither Daryl, Rockingbbar or I have the authority to approve new members. Ravenbeauty is the only one that has access to the Administration area. crackalope will have to wait for her drop back by.

Really sorry about that, but that's the way it is these days.
