old bolt action shotgun

Last fall a Lady gave me this old Mossberg model 395 T bolt shotgun, until today I never got around to firing it , I got off two quick shots at this turkey target at 50 yards............

I learned to shoot a shotgun with a 395, but it was in .410. I have a certain affection for them.

Well that Turkey sure has had it's chips!!!! Mossbergs might not be pretty but they just seem to work. Used to have a "Slugster" model for practical shotgun shooting.

Great stuff Buckshot !  Kinda reminds me of  shoot`n Snow Geese on the wing with my trusty
 Marlin Goose Gun.  Nothing like fanning the lever at a fever pitch!!
