Goin tomorrow

Heading out to Rocksprings tomorrow. My brother was out last week, got 2 birds. One had a 10 1/2" beard and 1 1/2" spurs. He uses a .243 but I like to do the shotgun thing. Alot more fun to try and get them close. I'll give ya'll a report if I have any luck.

How'd ya do Mark ? In my neck of the woods their all henned up and won't budge an inch. Had one come out of a holler with four hens and here I was sit up in a dozer deck and wouldn't you know they passed me on the brushy side , no way to get a shot. Tried talking real sweet to him , but he just gobbled his head off and kept following close behind the hens. He had a smaller gobbler with him that never gobbled once.
