Cornbeef And Cabbage Tonight

It is going to be cornbeef and cabbage in the Smith house tonight.
 
I start off with 3 heads about this size and about 4 pounds of corned beef.
 
This is a typical head of green cabbage. There is also one head of red cabbage but that is just for color.
 

 
Here is the pot with the meat cubed and one head each of red and green cabbage cooking.
 

 
The last head of cabbage already sliced up and waiting for the pot to cook down some before I add it.
