It's snowing again today and I'm a little bummed.  I was hoping for a little longer spell of moderate weather so that I could go out by myself and burn a little black powder.

I was thinking I might drag out my jaeger-flint-percussion conversion.  I haven't shot it in a while and to feel it buck against my shoulder just might raise my spirits.

Yup... that's exactly what I need... and maybe Alboy to shoot against.

Don't know as I would be much competition but we could have an egg shoot and maybe a 10 ring 5 shot count for who does the dishes.

I do know it would be a great hoot and a holler of fun.

Something I have not got to participate in for a long time is a blanket shoot. Everyone brings a prize and throws it on the blanket. After the shoot winner gets first choice and so on till the last gets what is left. Now if you are last and get what you brought that is an insult added to injury.
