How come sometime when you post pictures somtimes they show, and sometimes you have to click on them to bring them up? God Bless.

Some pictures are attached to the thread, and some are listed as hyperlinks that automatically show the pics which are hosted on another site. Also, if you just attach one picture in a thread it shows automatically, but if there are more than one it just lists all the attachments.  If it is [IMG/] that is hosted on another site multiple pics will show in one thread.
 
Check your options to see if you allow the showing of images automatically. On the top of the page select
USER CP/Edit Options/Thread Display Options
