The BSA Range adaptor for the BESA

Hi All,

    The BESA recoil reducer found on some BSA Hunter and Majestic rifles has been mentioned before and here I present to you the "Range Adaptor" which BSA designed to fit over the foresight ramp to shut off the BESA muzzle brake for range use:-





The allen headed screw clamps the adaptor in place. This one was fitted to this Majestic .243:-









I brought the rifle as it was the first one I had actually seen and handled with the BESA let alone the "Range Adaptor".
