My love decided to go with me to the trap range but is not too interested in hunting Upland Game.  Towards that end I opted for shotguns that she might find pleasant... in this case the Franchi 48 AL in 20 gauge.

They are lightweight and very handy.  My only concerns are the loads that will have to be used on Pheasant.  Well, we shall see.

In the meantime... here is a look:

Jay Edward, I believe you will find that the Franchi will serve you well for pheasant hunting.  I shoot alot of pheasants every year with my 20 behind my dog.  My favorite load is
2 3/4" #6's with 2 3/4 Dram Equiv. powder and mod. choke.
