I have a colt 1903 pocket hammerless. The gun has an aftermarket mag it is not two tone. Other than that is is a type two. The metal is all in good condition no pitting nor rust. The blueing is quite worn looks to have been carry a bunch. It is in 32 acp. With one other thing in mind which is these guns are not worth much up here as few people are allowed to own one would you realize this gun?

Either you're using your phone and maybe voice recognition, or you're drunk.

I'm not sure how to respond to "Would you realize this gun?"

Lol reblue this gun. Auto correct.

Sounds like you are thinking of reblueing, and you say it needs it, dont see how you cant do it :) I would, God bless.

Depends on how much rebluing costs. I don't think I would reblue a firearm that was low resale value. When properly maintained, unblued metal can remain unrusted and uncorroded indefinitely. If you lived on the coast, it might be different, but you say it's "old" and no pitting or rust in spite of original blue gone. If the thing has value (even in the States), AND I could get it blued for cheap, I'd reblue it. Otherwise, nah.

I was wondering about doing it on my stove. Has anyone tried that.
