crazy question

Okay,im new to this muzzleloading thing  but im wondering can you shoot shot out of a inline muzzle loader if its not a shotgun type. I was thinking if you had the right cup to load maybe it would work? or am i just plane crazy even for thinking this.

I do not have much hope for that, the spin of the rifling will scatter the shot quite a bit.
Might work at very close range.

Good pickup Don... 1 shot or 100, the cleaning pails compared to centerfire.

You know k-rob, you might look into one of the T-C type of muzzleloaders with the interchangeable barrels.
