Striper recipe?

Hi all

Navy's got me in Ct. for a while, I'm fishin for stripers and hoohin a few. Anyone got a recipe? I can cook on a charcoal grill or in a cast iron skillet (no kitchen in the hotel.)

Clean the varmints and wrap in heavy foil after putting a little butter, salt and pepper on them. Throw them on the grill and cook till done. Don't overheat or they will scorch through the foil................Paul H
