New Member, Old BP shooter

I have been a flintlock shooter for 40 years give or take, and now want to get a Hawken style percussion gun..shhhhh, hope the flint Gods aren't listening! I was first interested in a Lyman, but in poking around found the Pedersoli Rocky Mountain Hawken. I am sure that this has been discussed in past threads, but can anyone give me their expertise?

I bought a double sxs Pedersoli percusion through Dixi gun werks.. Very well made!!! deep finish, excelent wood to metal fit          you wont be disaponted..

thanks for the info on the Pedersoli.  From what I have found surfing the net, they are pretty much the best thing next to a custom gun.
